Douglas Fir:
Douglas Fir increases confidence and SELF ACCEPTANCE. It helps us stay grounded and firmly rooted in our sense of self. Douglas Fir uplifts the mood, promotes focus, clears the mind, reduces mental fog and revives enthusiasm. It is relaxing and grounding, and reduces social anxiety.
Douglas Fir is called the oil of "generational wisdom” because it helps us tap into the experience and knowledge offered from generational patterns in our families. It can helps us release distance or blocks we may have, in order to build deeper relationships.

Lavender:
Lavender is the oil of honest communication and expression. Lavender is calming and relaxing, and reduces anxiety, allowing us to settle into our heart and speak with gentleness and kindness. Lavender eases fears of rejection, and allows us to feel present, calm, and engaged. It increases a sense of security and peace, and in this way helps to build trust in one's self and others.
It alleviates stress, eases high blood pressure, and promotes sleep. Lavender is helpful for migraines and headaches.

Juniper Berry:
Juniper berry increases our spiritual connection. It has an encouraging and supportive affect, helping us along our path of spiritual healing. It is particularly helpful for navigating our way when we are feeling resistant to examining trauma or pain we’re afraid to look at. It is supportive when we are re-evaluating beliefs, and helps us dismantle anything that may not serve us.
